Tours are private, you will have all seven passenger seats for yourself and your party
Coastal redwoods are the tallest trees on earth! Located just 12 miles (19km) from the city limits, Muir Woods makes a perfect quick getaway. My private tour drops off in the front lot, avoiding the parking hassles while thousands compete for just 150 parking spots. After, spend time in the seaside town of Sausalito. Enjoy a meal on the waterfront, taste some wine or stroll the harbor.
SF Private Tour
Option: Add Muir Woods & Sausalito
Save time and see the best of SF with a Bay Area born guide. We will focus on the best photo spots for the given weather and time of day. Bus and van tours can't get close to some of the better parts of the city like a private San Francisco tour can. My SUV will get you up close to the sights and into neighborhoods where larger tours are prohibited. This is an amazing city, you deserve a quality tour of it.
Option: Add Muir Woods
Explore the Sonoma, Napa or both valleys in full day tour. Trips can be customized towards families with kids or getting out into the further our areas that tour buses don't normally go to Choose the wineries or breweries with a custom private SUV tour. If you don't have time to research, I can put together a variety of different sights, tastes & experiences that are popular with visitors. Prefer whites or reds? Bigger or smaller wineries available.
Even after 600+ tours to Yosemite, It's still my favorite national park to visit. Get the most out of your trip with a private Yosemite tour in a comfortable SUV. While buses spend 2 hours of the day picking up and dropping off passengers in San Francisco, you will optimize your day, spending that extra time enjoying the giant sequoias, Half Dome, El Capitan & Yosemite Falls. Focus on the parts of the park you want to see by adding features like Glacier Point. 2-3 day overnight hotel tours available.
Monterey & Carmel
We dive south past seaside towns on Pacific Coast Highway 1, keeping an eye out for wildlife like shore birds, sea otters, seals, and whales along the way. Take free time in Monterey to enjoy lunch in Cannery Row or visit the stunning Monterey Bay Aquarium. We continue along the coast to 17 Mile Drive, going past tide pools, mansions & the Pebble Beach Golf Course before our visit to the charming Carmel By-The-Sea.
Enjoy the views of California's rugged coastline without having to keep your eyes on the road. We drive you down the Pacific Coast Highway 1. Stop for a cafe in Carmel or another seaside town along the way before continuing on to the famous Bixby Bridge. You have the opportunity to take a short walk to McWay Falls or just enjoy the sights of Big Sur in comfort from the SUV.
Featured Signature Tour:
Giant Sequoias and Wine Tasting
This tour was created by the owner based on a personal vacation he has taken many times on his own. In this tour, we visit the cousin of the coastal redwood, the giant sequoia. I'll take you to a grove much larger then what is currently open at Yosemite and much closer as well. We will stop in a historic mining town for lunch where you can also enjoy wine or beer tasting. If you have kids, you can opt for a visit to a local cavern instead.
